Asian Broth Bowl and Turkey Meatballs

My meatballs are made with a turkey tenderloin, placed in the food processor with the other ingredients prior to shaping and baking.  The vegetables in the broth can be any I have on hand.  I keep fresh ginger in the freezer-ready to grate whenever I need it.  I sprouted the mung beans at home, starting 3 days ago. The pasta can be any I have on hand.
This recipe's a keeper and I've posted it before.

Tonight I included a fresh patty pan squash, farmers market carrots cut with my noodle maker, mushrooms, broccoli, celery and tomatoes.  I used whole wheat spaghetti for the noodles.

The post for making Countertop Sprouts is here.

Thank you for visiting!
